Hello,

I have a question about the hourglass metaphor that BPMI.org uses for its homepage. Does it mean there is a bottle-neck from a business environment to a technology implementation? And if it is put upside down, there also is a bottle-neck from a techlology to business?

Think of it more as the inflection point between the business world and any technology imlementation.

And in a sense you are right - clarifying the business process is the key bottleneck between business and technology.
