I am conducting research into BPM, as part of my final year dissertation, which forms a large part of E-Business degree at the University of Portsmouth.

Currently my key areas of interest are:

1. Factors affecting the adoption of BPM.
2. A comparative study of BPMN against other methods of process mapping (and how BMPN specifically ties in with BPM).
3. Implementation costs and issues of BPM.

Any help, hints or suggestions regarding these issues would be greatly appreciated.
