i am curious, you say bpmn can be mapped into bpel4ws and can be ran without programming. but when i draw bpmn process, there are no web service existed in advance, then , how bpmn orchestrate this non-existed web service?

There is no specific graphical element for a Web service, that is true. But Web services can be defined as the implementation for Tasks. This is a property of Tasks, but isn't shown graphically in a standard way. Individual tools would be used to add the Web service information and can also use their own icon to show that a web service is being used. Once the implementation information has been added to the model, then it can be used to generate a valid bpel4ws process.

does that mean before we build webservice, BPMS cannot translate BPMN to BPEL4WS?

You would have to supply the information required for the attributes of a bpel activity and the supporting WSDL file. I don't think that the actual Web service needs to be completely built. But you at least have to be able to identify it.

1 can we say MS Biztalk server is a BPMS?
2 can we say ESB(Enterprise service bus) is just another name of BPMS?
