Basically, we have an exciting growth need and are currently searching for a BPM Architect for our CTO office. This role calls for someone with extensive IT leadership experience, most notably with process modeling and workflow implementations. This professional will have deep working knowledge with some combination of Holosofx, WebSphere Business Integrator, MQ Workflow, Action Metro Workflow, Business Process Choreographer, and/or Tibco Workflow. I would also love to speak with someone that has development experience with J2EE, WebServices, EJB’s, and micro workflows as well as a working knowledge of Workflow standards (such as WFMC and BPEL.) This person will need to have the ability to provide BPM/Workflow architecture guidance to a highly knowledgeable J2EE development team – therefore, the ability to set best practices and guidance to Java-based workflow efforts is essential. Lastly, strong written and oral communications skills are required, as interaction will occur with both executive management and the technical workforce.

Moreover, a candidate that came from the Insurance, Banking, or other Financial Services industry area would be preferred.
